ABOUT ME

Dave is an experienced commercial transactions and business attorney, having most recently served as the sole North American Counsel for a European-based software company. He has assisted sales teams and account managers with drafting, negotiating, and closing SaaS and perpetual license agreements, as well as having reviewed and advised the company on data protections agreements and privacy issues.

Dave also worked with an AI company, assisting global business development teams on closing deals in the United States, Europe, and Asia. During this role, he was a member of the vendor management team and negotiated all the company’s procurement agreements. Additionally, his experience includes assisting start-up and early-stage companies to secure seed and venture capital funding, preparing formation documents, internal organization agreements, business plans, and marketing programs. His extensive experience with both companies has helped Frederick provide successful strategic legal, contract negotiation, and legal document preparation to management and stakeholders alike.
