Dayana is an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than eight years of practice in employment law, insurance defense matters, and general civil litigation.
She has a proven track record of managing complex, high-volume caseloads and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, with a strong focus on legal research, discovery management, trial preparation, and state and federal court filings.
Recognized for her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Dayana is dedicated to providing exceptional support to her attorneys and helping their clients achieve favorable outcomes.
Dayana earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from William Paterson University in 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Rutgers University.
