ABOUT ME
For nearly two decades, Mark has delivered pragmatic, growth-focused legal and business advice to founders, executives, and business leaders. He’s spent the last 10 years at a global EdTech company in the health & wellness space, where, as General Counsel, he was responsible for all contract negotiations, partnerships, sales and acquisitions, IP, employment, regulatory/compliance, data privacy/security, and dispute resolution matters.
Prior to being in-house, Mark represented large and midsize corporate clients at Day Pitney LLP, handling complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
In his spare time, Mark coaches youth baseball and chauffeurs his children to ice hockey rinks and rowing competitions throughout the northeast.
