Sergio M. Alegre

Sergio M. Alegre is a Senior Attorney and Compliance Officer with large law firm and Fortune 500 corporate in-house experience.  His Outside General Counsel™ practice involves representing clients in all aspects of corporate and business law. Sergio has been lead counsel in over 150 M&A transactions.

Sergio has led the Compliance Department at multiple publicly-traded pharmaceutical companies and has gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in regulatory and compliance matters, including developing compliance programs, promotional and marketing activities, interactions with healthcare practitioners, medical affairs activities, PDMArequirements, state marketing disclosure reporting laws, federal and state aggregate spend laws, and state drug price transparency.

Sergio, his wife Deana, and their son reside in Ridgewood, New Jersey where he is active in the local community and in various charitable and athletic organizations.
