Susan Kleiner Appointed as Co-Chief Diversity Officer on NJWLA Executive Board!

We are thrilled to announce that one of our esteemed lawyers, Susan Kleiner has been selected as the Co-Chief Diversity Officer on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA)! This appointment highlights Susan’s commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession and the broader community.

The NJWLA advocates for the advancement and retention of women in the legal field. It serves as a valuable platform for fostering professional growth, supporting women lawyers, and addressing the challenges faced by underrepresented groups. As the Co-Chief Diversity Officer, Susan, alongside two other Officers, Lora Fong and Silvia Fernandes, will all play a pivotal role in driving the association’s diversity initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment that empowers women in the legal profession.

In Susan’s new role, she will work closely with the NJWLA Board of Directors and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and the legal community at large.
