ABOUT ME
Veronica joins OGC Solutions from the management consulting firm Egon Zehnder, where she was the right hand to the Global Head of their Media, Entertainment, and Sports practice. There she managed projects pertaining to executive recruitment and leadership advisory, serving as client liaison and a stakeholder advocate in all work. In parallel, she spearheaded initiatives optimizing internal processes and procedures by planning and directing the practice group’s administrative and operational activities.
Prior to Egon Zehnder, Veronica got her start in finance and accounting, first in a private Accounting firm in New Jersey servicing small and medium sized businesses. From there, she moved to aviation finance, working closely with leadership across some of the most recognizable air carriers in the world— as well as helping to foster employee connectivity and service standards during global training events as part of the management company for oneworld Airline Alliance.
